Shipping policy

We primarily ship with UPS to our Canadian and American customers for all online orders. 

Although Box A & Box B containing the Nutritower are processed at the same time, it is not uncommon for them to be delivered separately due to the logistical realities of our shipping partners. 

Please allow for up to 14 business days to process your order.

The carrier’s tracking number will be provided by us as soon as your unit is sent on its way.  

Transport cost 

Shipping costs for orders are calculated automatically by placing the item(s) into the on-
line shopping cart then entering your address in the check-out process.

Shipping Surcharges
Nutritower reserves the right to apply shipping surcharges to any order after it is
received in our system. If surcharges are applicable, they will be quoted by email and
will require customer approval prior to order acceptance by Nutritower.

Examples where Shipping Surcharges would apply
•Orders weighing a total of 200 lbs or more.
•Orders shipping to any remote or excessive distance destinations, as well as all
orders destined for export.

Missed deliveries

•If there is no recipient at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the order at their
local depot for 4 days.
•The responsibility is with the customer to arrange for order pick-up or payment of
a second delivery attempt with the carrier
